I also used the Refreshīutton to check for new emails, reloading the whole web page is a bit more involved and not always desirable, as I might be in the middle of reading an email or even editing one. Currently I delete 10 emails in outlook web and because I don't have the Refresh button I see them on my mobile for pretty long time, i.e. Sync'd to my account so other devices (like my mobile) would see these changes faster.
